Our History
About Peoples Lawyers Forum (PLF)
Peoples Lawyers Forum (PLF) was established as the legal wing of Pakistan Peoples Party with the objective of strengthening constitutional democracy, protecting human rights, and providing a unified platform for legal professionals who share the values and vision of the party.
The roots of PLF trace back to the political and constitutional struggles faced by Pakistan Peoples Party and its workers during various periods of political repression. Lawyers played a significant role in defending democratic forces, political workers, and constitutional principles, laying the foundation for an organized legal forum.
Over the years, PLF has expanded across Pakistan with active organizational structures at provincial, divisional, district, and tehsil levels.
